Consultations are available for Graduate Center faculty and student instructors on questions related to course and assignment design, maximizing synchronous and asynchronous interactions with students, and teaching on the CUNY Academic Commons or with Manifold.

For support with assignment design, curriculum development, course preparation, educational technology, and teaching on the CUNY Academic Commons, faculty should contact the Teaching and Learning Center.

To book a 30-minute appointment with a GC Digital Fellow to discuss a specific technical issue you would like to work through, ask questions about digital project development, or hear suggestions for how to plan your digital project, faculty should contact the Graduate Center Digital Initiatives staff. We also invite faculty to explore GCDI’s online resources, sign up for a workshop, or join one of our working groups.

For support with Blackboard or Zoom at the Graduate Center or technical assistance with hardware related to online teaching, faculty should contact IT Services at itservices@gc.cuny.edu. Those teaching at a CUNY campus other than the Graduate Center should contact their campus Blackboard or Zoom administrator for assistance.
